What a wonderful experience! I visted Garden Shed this time hearing that they updated the facilities and "reopened" recently. I travel a lot for both business and pleasure and this has been one of the most memorable stays I have ever experienced. I stayed at Montana this time with my husband, but this is by far the largest room we have ever stayed for 2 people. A full size professional grade kitchen, a cosy dining area, and a large living and bedroom area. All very well appointed with comfortable furniture and decorations. Not really a "shed" and more like a nice country villa. Check in was easy and we opted to barbeque for dinner while enjoying the tranquility and star view. And the murals in the toilet makes you want to spend time gazing. Overall very tastefully decorated. If you are looking for a comfortable place to call home near Mount Fuji, I would look no further. (I gave location a 4 star because access is hard via public transportation, but the remoteness gives its tranquility.
Sleep in man cave garage. Great experience. Large private house. Uncle owner is kindly help. 7-eleven nearby.
