Definitely not a 4 star hotel and definitely not a spa - more like a 2 star hotel with acceptable rooms
The room is unmaintained, cold, without heating, the hotel is very small, not worth even two stars, pretty much everything is old. A spacious room without a bedside table without a chair is in any case good to avoid. breakfast is a disaster to avoid, we are here on business and would not recommend anyone to stop by for business or pleasure. We need to schedule the use of the pool, And it doesn't even look like a pool.Parking is available on the street in front of the building if you find a parking space.
I have never been in a worse hotel. Uncultured, unfriendly staff. The rooms are dirty, crammed with old, ruined furniture from before, wich is literally falling apart ( pictures are attached). You can feel the humidity and the window must be open all the time to be able to breathe. The staff enetrs when you are not in the room withot your permission, and not to tidy up, because even after entering it remains untidy, they only leave a towel. It certainly does not live up to the advertised four-star accommodation. I canceled the accommodation paid for 7 nights after 3 without refund because they ask for payment immediately and exclusively upon arrival. I had to come twice for that, because the first time no one was heard due to the nose of the dogs in the hotel lobby, wich didn’t bother anyone. The woman at the reception rudely asked me if I had come for private or business purposes, wich I think is my personal matter and should not interest her. After all, they still complained about me through Booking that I was noisy and demanted compensations for my worn-out furniture. Given that I assessed the perfidy in time, I took a picture of the room, wich I will now be happy to show to all potential guests and let them decide for themselves.
