Top notch residence apartments, nicely connected with city round the clock. My friends and I stayed for two nights and had a peaceful stay!
Nice clean and spacious apartment but very chaotic management. They did not manage to bring us missing cutlery for 3 days!!
I am extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would highly recommend avoiding it. My experience was absolutely unacceptable and doesn’t meet any standards. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the state of the apartment: the pillows were old, worn-out, and clearly hadn’t been replaced in years. There were hairs on the bed, indicating a complete lack of proper cleaning. In the wardrobe were scattered dirty rags. These apartments do not match the photos or description on Booking.com at all! I immediately contacted the manager, asking for a change of apartment, but no alternative was offered to me! This was a nightmare, and I was very disappointed with the service and the lack of customer care!
