They switch off all lights starting from 3 p.m, so you walk into a very dark hotel with a depressing atmosphere. The check-in lady was nice although initially I was given a single bedroom when I booked for a double. I did get my double bedroom, but only after I instated. The rooms are big. I'd rate 3 stars and not 4. The views are good. The location is OK (about a 15min bus ride into bozen). I'd recommend staying here for a lower price.

Otherwise a very nice hotel but the customer service was very poor for a Four star hotel. Breakfeast was mediocre at best because every day there were the same foods and the selection was very limited. The location was very good with buss and train stations nearby. The hotel was cleaned every day and it was very clean overall. There was some wierd shenanigans with the owner, who would turn of the lights and close the bar when there were still paying customers there. I would say the hotel is not god enough for Four stars and the hotels biggest downfall is the customer service.

I arrived to the hotel at 9:20pm. No one was there. I called them many times and the woman said “you dont speak italian or german, we closed” like that and end the call. So i had to find another hotel and next day i went to there to see what is the problem. And she said just contact booking to get your money back !!! And what they done ? They canceled the reservation as i was there at all and they took all what i paid !!!! And the worst thing she lied and told support team in booking that i wasn’t in the hotel in the evening at all hahaha. I made video for everything there that night and now sent everything to the support team and we are waiting for her next lie 👍🏻 Update: To be fair at least they send me back the money today .
