Definitely the worst summer experience ever. You only get 2 hours of water running a day, hot reception without air conditioning and worse customer service, not to mention the rooms that were given to different people and we were given any second place room as well as the sewer smell taking over the place and the dirty pools. Worst resort ever and i surely Will never come back here even if its for free. If there is anything below 1 star it would be suitable for such horrible place.

This resort is the worst ever to spend even a single night! I totally don’t recommend it. Mosquitoes didn’t let me sleep peacefully for the night. Not even a clean place, the pools were dirty and the main one was not working and no one was swimming there. The beach is like 10 minutes away of the hotel and its ok, kinda was the only fine thing there. There was no hotel service, rarely saw any workers or room service. Barely found water to drink, no coffee available on breakfast. The food was another whole story! Breakfast is not a quality food to be presented in a hotel, the food was not decent at all, the tase was bad, the quality was bad also the restaurant is not clean enough. The dinner was w whole disgusting story to be told.

IF HELL HAD A HOTEL, THIS WOULD BE IT!!! The only reason I stayed here is because it was for free. Awful awful mosquito problem, they don't have any pest control. The food is what I would imagine dog food to taste like. The only bearable food you'll find is probably the bakery. The reception was utterly rude and uncooperative, I don't know if the staff had the minimum training required to perform any basic human interaction. The rooms are OK, nothing special but I'm not sure it's worth paying for. I need to attend therapy after staying in this hotel to get over this traumatic experience.
