I was in Pontianak, Kalbar, on a business trip. The room was comfortable in every way (Premier King Bed Room). Location of the hotel is great, near from airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast were quite good.
If you are looking for a quiet place this is the place. Its half an hour away from city. Beautiful landscape. Many types of rooms. Breakfast was standard choice of fried noodle or fried rice with omelette coffee or tea and fruits. Room is big and spacious and clean.
Definitely out of town, perhaps once a great place to stay but seems rundown. Pool not clean with lots of dead leaf. My room had a very very noisy toilet air vent. Room are super huge n clean but no international plug or usb. Wifi not super fast but ok. Bfast is a paid option w simple eggs, fried rice or noodles. No bread, coffee n tea provided w the option to hv bfast in ur room. If ur looking to b left alone thn yes stay here not sure if empty during wkends. If i ever visit, very likely will stay closer to town
