Surprisingly good size rooms (we had a superior). Great amenities, food, drink and breakfast was really good quality catering to different visitors. Polite and engaging at reception. Best location if using the train station! Comfortable bed, good cleaning standards.
Well located hotel near to the railway station, with air conditioned rooms (Thankfully)! Queen sized bed is really comfortable, and for such a busy area, I haven't heard any excess noise. Breakfast is an added extra, and there is room service available 24/7. The jewel in the crown has to be the wonderful team of staff. I have been here for almost 2 weeks and each and every one of them seem focussed upon taking care of the guests. The manager should be commended for building and maintaining such a dedicated team. They have made my holiday memorable!
Great position, staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was quite small and unusual bathroom arrangement. Was a bit noisy but earplugs were supplied. Perhaps we should have requested a quiet room as we were overlooking the street. However I would stay in this hotel if I was visiting Bordeaux again, just wouldn't choose room 105!
