Gargee Grand Patna

I won't say a bad experience but not great either, the place is good but the rooms for the price they charge are really poor. Not maintained at all, broken kettle, no windows, wall tiles falling off not a great sight to see when you pay premium. They don't have their own parking, they park on the road. Staffs are really polite and well mannered no complaints about them. Good food and the location is in the main market so you have access to everything.

Worst kind of service one can get, booked poolside for 12 guests and kids. They didn't provide room to change even for ladies. had to pay extra for room. provided one single item for non veg snacks that too just one plate between 5 guests. Had to ask for extra. provided 2 items for veg. served cold drinks that were not fresh at all. Staff was behaving as if we had booked the place for free. Would never recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Visited the restaurant at Hotel Gargee Grand expecting quality food and service — but it was an absolute disaster. 😡 --- 🍽️ Food Quality – Below Average: Ordered basic dishes like dal, paneer, roti — and everything was tasteless, oily, and poorly cooked. 🤢 Dal was watery, paneer was chewy, and rotis felt like rubber. Not even close to restaurant standards. 🫠 For the price they charge, the quality is absolutely not worth it. 💸❌ --- 👎 Service – Pathetic & Unprofessional: Waiters were rude, inattentive, and poorly trained. No greetings, no courtesy. 😤 Had to ask multiple times just for water, and still waited over 20 minutes. Plates were not cleared on time, and service felt like they were doing us a favour. 🥴 --- 🧼 Hygiene – Shocking: Saw a cockroach crawling near the buffet counter and flies buzzing around food trays. 🪳🦟 The place looked flashy, but basic cleanliness was missing. Not expected from a so-called star hotel restaurant. 🚫 --- ✅ Only Positive: The doorman and valet outside were polite and courteous. That’s it. Everything inside was downhill. 👏 --- 🚫 Final Verdict: If you’re thinking of dining at Gargee Grand in Patna — don’t. There are far better restaurants in the city with clean food, better taste, and actual service.
