honestly great hotel, stayed in room 227, great hotel breakfast, in a convenient area, cozy beds. dude serving food was chill, he just looked happy all the time. i feel his energy
Keep in mind that It is a budget hotel, but for this category of accommodations, it is a great choice. The check-in was very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable, recently refurbished, with a comfy bed. I had a room facing the street, but I slept very well, and it was quiet. You are a few minutes away from a stop on the U6 line, and 20-30 mins walk from the core center of town if you prefer to walk.
The name of the hotel is a bit deceiving. There’s a closer Garner hotel to Checkpoint Charlie than this one. Just a bit misleading. Nonetheless- room was nice and the bathroom was nice. No AC though. Did have a fan. Got dinner recommendations from the front desk and let’s just say we ended up at McDonalds instead…
