By far the best and nicest service we have ever experienced in a Hotel! Exceptional focus on customer satisfaction and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice and comfortable room with air conditioning. Super quiet and relaxing. Super central location only a few steps from the underground which takes you everywhere in just a few minutes. We will definitely come back to this Hotel!
We stayed at the Garner Hotel Berlin - Mitte for two nights in July 2025. The location is great, close to Checkpoint Charlie (even closer than the Garner Checkpoint Charlie hotel). The rooms are clean, new, and good sized. But what really impressed me was how the staff dealt with a problem in our room. The A/C stopped working and they attempted to fix it while we were out for the day. When they couldn't fix it, they offered us an even nicer room and gave us some free drinks while we waited for the switch. P.S. If you are noise sensitive, rooms on the main street can be a little loud due to bars nearby. But the rooms overlooking the center of the hotel (it is more or less U-shaped) are nice and quiet.
Was a nice clean and spacious hotel room. We picked it as is was close to the things we wanted to see and do. Room was nice, so it's good to have a window to open for fresh air. Room had a fridge but was disappointing that no kettle or tea/coffee. Staff so friendly and helpful.
