The staff is friendly. The carpet in the room need cleaning. The TV did not work for the 2 days I was there. The nearest public transporation is 15 to 20 minutes away and the neighborhood is not walkable. The cleaners will bang on your door aggressively, repeatedly. The free breakfast is good.

Half of the hotel was under construction, however this was never mentioned before booking, nor at check-in. The room we stayed in was poor, shower was broken, locker not working, window would not close properly. The breakfast which was quite good previous visit was a joke now, and at check-out it took 10 min for someone to even show up at the desk (I sometimes wonder if the staff even cares). Even for a cheap hotel, where my expectations (also based on a previous stay) were not the highest, they were able to go far below my expectations. That construction work better work miracles, otherwise it is better to stay away from this hotel.
