I would like to inform everyone a nova express hotel in pattaya city is the greatest place to stay for tourists. It’s not expensive and rooms are like 7 stars hotels and the staff is verry brilliant specially AM. She’s very sweet girl and she have lots of etiquettes.
Its a nice hotel with a very good service personel available at all hours. Guarded. Close to the crowded city and all of it's services. Citynear. Need to clean up though lately.
Wish I could give negative rating for this hotel. Poor staffs, poor housekeeping, ugly rooms. They are money hungry people. I booked for five nights but decided to check out after 2 night since the room conditions was becoming unmanageable and staff behaviours were not good. They did not refund my money either. Don’t stay here Indian people else you will ruin your Thailand trip.
