Great location. Just opposite a large shopping centre and close to the old town. The let down here were the rooms which are old, too simple, but clean. In fact, I have stayed in hostels with better rooms. The bathroom itself was okay. We were told that the hotel will get renovated within the next few months. Staff in general was nice.
When we arrived at the hotel we were met with a receptionist with a bad attitude. We were sent - not once but twice - to dirty rooms that hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest had left and the guy didn’t even apologize for the inconvinience. The (third) room was nice and staff the next morning was more welcoming.
Definitely not clean (bathroom) and a noise of water the all night. Asked for a solution to my problem, never received an answer or anythingelse. I hardly sleep for 2 nights. Requesting the invoice was really chaotic and a lot of mistakes were done.
