Garner Hotel Wiesbaden City by IHG

Fantastic location in the city centre with very professional staff. Think of it as a premier inn style hotel with reasonable prices but has a small bar and cafe. We gad a great stay in the weisbaden hotel. Would really recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, single room a little tiny but very convenient. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Specially Lady Boucha she was extremely helpful in guiding me where to go around the city . Choose a room with main street view . Breakfast is Excellent.

Terrible experience. I had a confirmed reservation via Booking.com for two nights. I arrived at 11:30 PM only to be told that the hotel had overbooked and my room was given to someone else. The receptionist, alone and clearly untrained, had no idea how to handle the situation. No refund, no alternative, no solution. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a manager to call back — after midnight — and still nothing was resolved. At that point, we were left without a room and no support. I had to book another hotel last minute at a higher price and pay for parking. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this hotel.
