Very good hotel, with kind and professional people, excellent location, and beautiful view on the mountains. Excellent breakfast too. We had a great time and we could reach most of the important destinations on foot.
Amazing family friendly hotel in perfectly beautiful Tyrolean environment at a famous one-of-a-kind mountain lake. The mood is fabulous, service is wonderful. Obviously not a cheap place but it's worth the price. Recommended.
The good: Beautiful location, nice rooms, kind staff, superb massages, and delicious food. The bad: My main complaint is about what they advertise… definitely not a 4-star hotel experience, the “pool” is just an outdoor above-ground tub, the “gym” is just a small room with three cardio machines. They also charged nearly 5 euros for tap water at dinner. The experience wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t worth the price tag.
