Garni Hotel Ami

Enjoyed my stay! The best thing I experienced in the city of Novi Sad was the breakfast and restaurant staff at Hotele AMI! After trying many street, food, dishes, and different things within the city, the best food offering was right at the hotel great cook great staff extremely fresh and nourishing can’t say enough about them! A+++

Not only is this in a bustling busy street next to two bus stops that have cars revving their engines super loud every 5 mins or more, thus we hardly got any restful sleep during our stay, thus we found the hotel and service here to be subpar. Shower had very low water pressure and there were stains all over the carpet. Just overall feels dirty here. We had to keep going downstairs to reactivate our room cards since they stopped working, several times.. I’m not sure if they aren’t used to a longer stay but they didn’t share why this kept happening so this was definitely inconvenient.. We borrowed an iron and the next day some cleaning staff rudely woke us up at 7:30 AM on a Saturday, to ask for it back when they had other irons in the hotel… Not the best hotel, it is in a nice central location but we did not feel comfortable here and stayed here for almost a week. I recommend instead if you were to look into finding a good Airbnb in the area. We had a miserable time trying to relax here.

This is not a four star hotel. The room was dirty and not well kept. Poor breakfast selection. The staff was ok and they have free parking. Still, very overpriced and would not recommend.
