I arrived around 6:30am after having to book a room last minute. The hotel had overbooked so I wasn't able to get a room, but the staff were incredibly kind (Maya, in particular) and offered me complimentary breakfast and coffees and let me use the wifi in the lobby while they found an alternative hotel for me. They covered the cost of a cab to transport me, the cost of a new hotel room, and even made sure I got early check in! They also consulted with me on what hotel was the best for my needs, which is honestly above and beyond service. Im so grateful for their help and amazing service! I dont know how good the rooms are, but the breakfast was good and everything was clean, but the staff are the real highlight of this hotel!
Large rooms. Friendly staff. 0-24 reception desk. Low frame of shower cabin. No light on the mirror in bathroom. Large room with no mirror outside the bathroom. Table tennis room is locked and cannot be entered with the hotel card. "Mountain-view" label does not make sense for the room since the mountine is far away.
Location is conveniently near airport. Rooms are average. Beds are not comfortable, one was tilted. Sheets were just sheets, no blankets. Staff are friendly. However restaurant seems always closed
