The hotel is great at all. The rooms are spacious. There is a great restaurant. The breakfast is more than excellent!!! The only remark is that the rooms are not well soundproofed - there was a wedding and it was very loud.
Very decent hotel! Value for money.. Great thx to Ivana from the reception!! Wonderful girl! Very tasteful salads in the menu of the restaurant
Disappointing Experience Despite Good Location and Reception I stayed at Hotel Nota, Belgrade for 7 days and wanted to share a balanced review of my experience. Pros: Great Location – The hotel is centrally located, so you can walk to most of Belgrade’s popular attractions. Very convenient for sightseeing. Warm Receptionist – The morning receptionist was kind and welcoming. Their helpful and positive attitude made check-in and morning interactions pleasant. Cons: Unprofessional Restaurant Service – I had a disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. I asked for something simple like fruit with bread and jam, but it was ignored. When I requested white butter, they brought cream and reacted as if they were doing me a favor. Their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. No Support for Vegetarians – I told the staff multiple times that we are vegetarian. They kept assuring me that the chef would prepare something special, but nothing was done, even after repeated reminders during our 7-day stay. No Breakfast for Early Departure – We had an early morning flight and were promised packed food for the road. Unfortunately, nothing was ready when we checked out, despite the confirmation. No Drinking Water Supply – The hotel does not provide regular drinking water. We had to buy bottled water from outside every day. I’m not sure if this is common in Serbia, but it felt inconvenient and not up to standard for hotel hospitality. Overall: The location and one helpful receptionist were the only positives in an otherwise disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for vegetarians or those expecting consistent service.
