Great service, hotel rooms are comfortable and well equiped. Area is very nice and the view from the rooms are amazing with the mountains in the background. The hotels is just a few meters away from the train station and there are parking spaces as well. Staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is good, a typical high quality "hotel breakfast".

Were here only for a short refuel during a bicycle trip. Here we had the best Kaiserschmarrn of our whole stay in Austria. Light, fluffy, nice tasting and served with apple-puree, cranberry-jam and some fresh fruit pieces.

Our room costs about 260€ per night. I thought this 4-star hotel would give us a pleasant vacation, but in fact we were very disappointed. Good points first: the room is big enough and has very good view and the front desk staff at check-in was very friendly. Sauna is good, Swimmingpool is small but still good. Here are the reasons of NO GO: 1. Breakfast: There are very very limited choices, the bacon is always overcooked and hard to chew, there must be a lot of flour in the scrambled egg mixed, the bread is not fresh, and there are many flies flying around on the food!!! I could only eat few bacon and a little bit fruits in 3 days. PS.: that was 260€/day, not a 130€/day hotel, The breakfast is even lower than a standard. 2. Room: The quilts and pillows are filled with polyester fiber, and there in the toilet should be urine splashed somewhere by previous guests, which can be smelled. 3. SPA: There is no essential oil in the steamer room, and the smell inside is not pleasant. The shower floor may not have been cleaned, and the floor near the wall is a bit slippery. The 2 in 1 shower gel has cheap quality fragrance. I mean for this price I would really expect a a real 4 star hotel in the country side, but the cost-effectiveness is very low if you cannot enjoy the food and the SPA because of the mentioned reasons.
