Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worthy of the Marriott Name! Stayed here for a business trip and had an extremely disappointing experience—nowhere near Marriott standards! Overpriced Rooms with Subpar Amenities – The rooms were highly priced but failed to offer even basic amenities of good quality. The ones provided were shockingly cheap, completely contradicting the hotel’s claim of being a luxury property. If cost-cutting is the priority, then at least don’t claim to be a premium hotel! Poor Room Quality – The wooden tile flooring was a disaster—constant creaking noises with every step, making the stay uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Zero Customer Centricity – After the first night, I raised these concerns with the front desk, and they promised to fix them the next day. Nothing was done. When I followed up again, the staff had no clue about my complaints, forcing me to repeat everything from scratch. Is this the customer service expected from a Marriott property? Terrible Dining Experience – The food options, taste, and service at the hotel restaurant were all below par—far from what one expects from Marriott. Our business dinner buffet was a major letdown, leaving everyone disappointed. Not Worth the 5-Star Tag – Every aspect of this stay was shocking, especially coming from a Marriott-branded hotel. The experience was nowhere close to a basic hotel standard. Absolutely NOT recommended!
