An Unforgettable Staycation at Gateway Bekal! We had the most incredible 2-night stay at Gateway Bekal, and everything about our experience was just perfect! From the moment we arrived, the resort welcomed us with warm hospitality and world-class service. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect retreat for our family. The lovely pool and toddler pool were absolute highlights—safe, clean, and a whole lot of fun for the kids! A special shout-out to the amazing staff who made our stay truly memorable: Amar from housekeeping – for ensuring our rooms were always pristine and cozy. Thapa, Priyanka, and Siraj from the restaurant – for their kind attention, delicious food, and for treating our little ones with such care. Vinaya, Divya , Prince – for being so approachable and always there to assist us with anything we needed. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable. It was a lovely outing for our family, one we will cherish forever. We highly, highly recommend Gateway Bekal for anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly getaway with outstanding service and genuine hospitality.

Our family staycation at Gateway Resort was an absolute dream come true! With 18 of us, from kids to grandparents, the resort delivered an unforgettable experience that left us all in awe. Every staff member across all departments deserves immense praise for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to making our stay extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team, Vinaya and Diviya, handled our large group’s check-in with remarkable efficiency and genuine hospitality. They answered every question with patience and ensured every detail was flawless. The housekeeping staff, especially Amar, worked tirelessly to keep our rooms spotless, always accommodating our requests with speed and a smile. The dining experience was phenomenal! The à la carte menu was a standout, offering an incredible variety of dishes that were expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight, and the restaurant staff, Thapa, Priyanka, and their team, provided attentive service that elevated each meal into a memorable event. The morning breakfast buffet was equally spectacular, with an extensive spread of fresh, delicious options catering to every taste—kids loved the fluffy pancakes, while adults savored the diverse selection of local and international dishes. The kids’ play area was a hit, keeping our little ones thoroughly engaged with fun and interactive activities. The resort’s facilities—pool and recreational areas—were pristine, thanks to the diligent maintenance crew. From security to concierge, every staff member radiated hospitality, making us feel like part of the Gateway family. Gateway Resort is a true gem, and we’re already counting down to our next visit! Stayed at Gateway Bekal and had a pleasant experience. The resort itself is good with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is a bit far from main attractions, so travel time should be considered. Landscaping could be improved to make the surroundings even more appealing. Overall, a good place for a peaceful getaway.
