This hotel provided a truly memorable experience, made even more impressive by their outstanding hospitality. Despite ongoing renovations, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the room service was prompt and efficient. A special thank you to Diya and Faizal, who delivered impeccable service. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference in our stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests and provided a level of service that exceeded expectations. While the renovations were noticeable, the impact on our stay was minimal, thanks to the proactive efforts of the staff. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning once the renovations are complete to experience the fully realized property. The dedication to guest satisfaction is evident, and we were thoroughly impressed.
Room was pretty mid, we booked garden view rooms and we got upgrade to sea view because renovations were going on near our room so it was noisy, hence the free upgrade. Then service was fine only but there was no one at reception for our checkout, and they had called our cab so no one to coordinate with that too. And location is pretty good, easy to get autos and 10 mins away from all good restaurants and beaches. All in all, good hotel but not extremely luxury, so don't expect too much. Food is very mediocre, and pool is nice.
As a taxi driver, I have to say that there are no facilities for taxi drivers here. 1. There is no safe parking. 2. The parking lot and the washroom are very far apart. 3. There is no driver's room. There is no food. There are no shops nearby to eat. Consider us as human beings.After 12:00 am, I needed to go to the bathroom. For that, I went from the parking lot to the two gates here. No one was there. Then I found the number here with the help of Google and called. They called the security cabin and opened the gate for me. This is a great disrespect to taxi drivers.
