Marvellous stay. A brilliant hotel. The staff were friendly especially Abdel who looked after us so well. He gave us a free late checkout. The room, family suite was perfect for us. Lovely breakfast also. Definitely coming back.
Our stay was great, the room was very nice and we had a fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the pool as well. Special thanks to Adbel and Mamadu for the great checkout!!
Honestly, I don't know how this Hotel is a 4-star hotel ! I feel like I was scammed. Because of the happy culture thing, there are a lots of cuts in budget, no proper service, no proper staff (we went on Saturday), the pool is disappointing, the buffet is poor, the games are half functional, the location is bad and far. You'll be continuously disturbed by the factories sounds (industrial Zone) I discourage you to go to this hotel or any happy culture scam hotels, you pay and you get things not worth what you pay.
