I had a confirmed booking at this hotel through cleartrip, but when I arrived, the hotel outright denied my reservation, citing a conflict with the online booking platform. They made no effort to help, accommodate us, or offer any alternative even though cleartrip was ready to pay the extras. We were left stranded without a place to stay, which was incredibly stressful and unprofessional. This is unacceptable from any hospitality provider. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here.
