Visited this property with a couple of friends for lunch and had such a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly lovely and helpful from the start, and our server was just as great. Two of my friends were still full, so they decided to share a burger. We were pleasantly surprised when the food arrived already split in half, served on separate plates, and beautifully presented — as if we had ordered two individual meals. This thoughtful touch really impressed us! We had only planned to ask for an extra plate, so the level of hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. It’s a small gesture, but it made a big impact. I was so satisfied with the service that I shared the story with a colleague afterward. Definitely a memorable visit!
Our stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort was absolutely amazing! The entire property is breathtaking — from the lush indoor gardens and waterfalls to the elegant design and attention to detail throughout. Everything was immaculately clean, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and luxurious. The staff was kind and professional, and there was always something to do or explore, whether you were walking through the stunning atriums, enjoying the pool, or simply relaxing in your room. It really felt like a world of its own! While the parking and resort food were on the expensive side, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We expected resort prices, but just be prepared for those extra costs. Despite that, it was 100% worth it for such a unique and memorable getaway. We had a great time and would definitely return!
This was my fifth and final visit to this overpriced and massive property. Every visit reveals a new addition. This time, an indoor water park drawing many families. It is like four hotels in one with 2,800 rooms. From my parking space at $35/day, to the room was 1,000 feet (according to the app that is supposed to keep you from getting lost — which it didn’t). Housekeeping, never showed. Mattresses need replacement. Two of the three pools were closed and the one that was open needs a lot of cleaning. We did enjoy two meals there. The Old Hickory Steakhouse was excellent and the market on the Delta island, very good.
