Gefinor Rotana Beirut

We had a wonderful stay at Gefinor Rotana! We were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room that offered a beautiful sea view. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The chef and all the staff at the Olive Garden restaurant, were absolutely exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made the experience truly memorable. The staff made the experience feel warm and personable, and we truly felt well cared for. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Beirut!

I had an amazing stay at Gefinor Rotana. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the amenities, was top-notch. A special mention to Mamoun and Karim, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience even better. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a very good experience at the Gefinor Rotana Hotel. The food was extremely delicious — both breakfast and lunch were outstanding. Everything was clean, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The room was cozy and comfortable. However, since we were two people sharing a room, the amenities provided (like toiletries and towels) were not sufficient for more than one person. That’s something the hotel could improve. The service was great — staff were quick to respond to room service requests and were always respectful and polite. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
