Gem Fitzrovia Hotel

I chose this hotel because it was very close to the business venue I was attending. I'm very pleased I did, as the area felt safe, the hotel was friendly, very clean, and my hotel room was a lovely size and well appointed. Quiet too considering I was facing the road. A nice change to the faceless hotel chains, with plenty of quiet seating in the foyer to work in next day before heading off to the station. If I'd had more time, I would have explored the area. It's definitely a hotel I would stay at again if coming to London for both business and pleasure. The only slight negative is the buffet breakfast, where there could have been more choice, but what was provided was adequate.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and couldn’t fault it, hot, delicious and plenty of choice. Would certainly recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and while the was small, it was perfectly appointed and comfortable. I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance and I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.
