Great place to stay. Nice rooms. Great restaurant options within the hotel. Awesome rooftop bar. The customer service at this hotel is far and above the best we have seen anywhere in Kenya. They put the customer first, and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. Cannot recommend more highly.

Gem Forest Hotel, Nairobi is a truly wonder 7-star luxurious hotel! The hotel offers a serene and elegant atmosphere, ideal for both relaxation and business. I enjoyed everything - The dining experience was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious, well-prepared meals. The amenities, from the pool to the gym and spa, were modern, clean, and exceeded our expectations Highly recommend booking a suite or executive room for an even more exclusive and comfortable experience. My visit was brief but very comfortable at Gem Forest. Pauline at the reception was outstanding, she took care of all my needs with a smile and never hesitated to tell me to return. I want to return if only for her. Even the restaurant on the first floor was very welcoming. Kenya is wonderful with great weather and the warmest people. Thank you for your hospitality!
