Gem Riverside Hotel Hoi An

Beautiful experience, friendly and top best expectation from the staffs members as well as the best overall nice cold pool to enjoy during the summer. i recommend buying their tickets for the ho an show as they sell it for you cheaper and best experience in my life for a talanted show. front desk was informative and nice. wish there was bath mat as the bathroom can get really wet. but overall the room is luxury and cheap, worth your time and money to stay here! 🏖 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay here. Rooms were nice and big and bathrooms were lovely. Having the balcony overlook the pool was nice too. Loved having such a big pool - perfect for those hot days. Breakfast had a wide range to choose from. We were impressed with the service from the staff here. The hotel is over the bridge from the hub of Hoi A but we quite enjoyed our walks home at night.

This is a nice hotel with friendly service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shower is nice and we had a good view of the pool and courtyard. It’s on the far end of the island so a little further away than others but it’s quiet for that reason. It’s a 6 -7 minute walk to the old town area and not far from the Memories island where they put on an awesome show which I highly recommend. They have a bar but it’s really never staffed so not much of a social thing unfortunately. I would recommend to family/friends.
