Gembrook Cottages

We stayed at the blue bell cottage. the fireplace was so cozy, Liz left us extra firewood which was amazing because its been so cold. We came to celebrate our anniversary in a chill way in the midst of busy work life and this was a perfect respite. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. the cottage itself is very clean. Liz was so friendly and chill. She was prompt and very helpful. Amazing vibes and host.

This is my number 1 stay in all of Melbourne (yet). We stayed at the Bluebells Cottage and it became home away from home for us! :) The outdoor spa is amazing and spacious. The Owners really try and make your stay as special as it can be by putting in the extra effort of providing breakfast and chocolates. It's very sweet :) Can't wait to go back!!

I would not recommend staying here. We were only provided a couple of sachets of porridge and two old oranges for breakfast - not even milk. The coffee pods didn’t fit the machine and we had to get dressed at 6.30am and walk to the bakery to get coffee. Also found while trying to get the pods to work that coffee machine wasn’t cleaned, and was filthy. There were no additional blankets provided despite the welcome email saying there would be some - there wasn’t even a top sheet. We were cold and uncomfortable in the night. There was no firewood left either. The only good aspect was the spa and location. I’ve fed these complaints back to the manager and their response was wholly inadequate. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Very disappointing.
