Fantastic place to stay, with balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Resort was well maintained and clean. Block of shops and cafes less than a 2 minute walk. Would totally recommend staying here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Booked two nights, second day awoke to deafening jackhammering directly above me. Approached girl at reception who didnt seem to care or even offer an apology. Was told to sit tight she will get back to me for a resolution. Hours passed and I end up calling her, she advised she can move me from where I am ( reasonsbly nice unit on tenth floor all the way down to fourth or fifth level into a very degraded room, I politely declined and requested a full refund so that I can go elsewhere. That was declined several times with no apology so far.. Decided to put up with it and put on noise cancelling headphones to drown out the noise, on the condition that it will be completed by 1pm as advised by girl at reception along with a requested phone call from management. I agreed to reluctantly deal with it as long as that’s not a lie and it doesn’t go on till 3-4pm. It finished up at 4pm as I expected it would seeing as I had nothing but dishonesty from this place so far. Reasonably fed up with it by this stage I went and requested manager to call me as they still hadn’t. I asked reception again if I could please have the refund as this is not acceptable conditions to deal with, they again declined. The next day I’m happy to be leaving as I was woken up with the jackhammering again. Still no phone call from management who clearly could care less about paying guests. I find it truly astounding that there’s businesses out there expecting people to not worry about there holiday being ruined by there inability to provide a pretty simple service. It’s very very clear to me that all they care about is there greed to cash in on hard working people spending big dollars to have a holiday in there resort. They still have not had the decency to call me to discuss a refund so I’ve had to contact the Australian consumer law office with a formal complaint and request a refund. Word of advice if you’re looking to stay here, absolutely ask before booking if your room is expected to be near any construction work during your stay. You shouldn’t have to but apparently that’s the expectation. The most alarming factor I’ve found out of this nightmare is that not ONE person has actually apologised to me. That tells me exactly what kind of people are running this establishment. I would be utterly ashamed if I was management there and I would do everything in my power to compensate paying guests for this inability to accomodate guests respectfully. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.
