Nhat Nam hotel is near dragon bridge, the night market, and the sea very convenient. Good breakfast and reasonable room rates. The room is clean and beautiful. Thank you to the front desk lady for supporting our family here. Thank you, Nhat Nam. We will be back.
I forgot my jacket at room 405 at the hotel...we check in last June 29-july 2..as hotel rule ..after we surendeer the hotel key they will check the room so that they may check their belongings issued to every room...but it seems that they they did not check
The bidet and the sink were leaking. We let them know and they said they knew about the issue but did nothing about it. This caused the bathroom to stink. The bed sheets were also dirty with orange stains. On the last day of our stay, we find out that there was only three rooms that were occupied and used that excuse to not cook breakfast. They told us that we should have informed them that we planned on eating but they did not inform us about their plans. On the plus side, their breakfast is not bad, plenty of cafes and a convenient store a couple of walks away, and their service is okay.
