The service from the gate to the security checks to our server Stanley and the Supervisor Isaac...those are the only 2 people i read their names but everyone, literally everyone is welcoming, food was top notch, the place was clean but above all i loved the psyche and energy potrayed by all the staff. They are excellent people & very professional

To mark my birthday, I visited Gem Suites Riverside in Westlands for a spa day, followed by a family brunch — and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The spa offered a serene and calming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and indulging in self-care. The therapist (Vyonne) was professional, attentive, and skilled, making the session deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. After the spa, we enjoyed a delightful brunch with my family the next day. The setting was elegant yet welcoming, the food fresh and flavorful and the service warm and attentive throughout from Mercy and Nelson. Gem Suites provides a perfect balance of luxury, comfort and top-notch service. It was the ideal way to celebrate a special occasion and I look forward to visiting again for Spa days. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a pampering experience!

Received the most pathetic service. I've been to this place a couple of times. Great ambiance & great spa but service at the restaurant ia horrific. Not worth the money I spend here. Definately not returning to the restaurant.
