The most amazing hotel in Uludağ. I visited here twice as I loved their service. Staffs are so kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and all sheets are fresh. Food is incredibly tasty. I always prefer Genc yazıcı.
Although it's old, the location is perfect. The staff try their best to serve you properly. Poor english everywhere, but enough to communicate inside the hotel
2 star hotel in 4 star hotel cover. I'll follow 1 good, 1 bad comment approach with my review. +Sheets were clean. -Room had a terrible smell and didn't feel like $300 room. +Hotel changed our room because of the smell. -The other room also smells cigarettes but imagine that it is still better. +Lunch and dinner were nice. -Breakfast was weak. Coffee was bad. Staff were great. +In general staff were very helpful. -Bathroom falls apart. I mean the hanger, etc. +Bed was comfortable. #Hotel was boringly quiet. The hotel nextdoor was way better/fun. -Carpets and other furniture were old and seemingly dirty.
