Geneva Hotel Amman

I am currently studying abroad in Jordan and I stayed at this hotel for my first night until my living arrangements were ready. I genuinely have to say I have never experienced such an amazing, beautiful, cleanly, and comfortable hotel room! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Perfect hotel for tourists or students! The view from my room was breathtaking! And was incredibly affordable for such an amazing experience :) The room service I ordered arrived very quickly and was delicious! Super convenient to have 24 hour room service! I was even able to witness a glorious wedding reception as I was checking in. The bride was so beautiful and truly an unforgettable experience! I’d love to visit again one day!

Stayed one night here before flying out of Amman. The atmosphere is very nice and the service was great, have no complaints there at all. The pool is fine, nothing mind blowing but not bad. My rooms air conditioning did not work well and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. Not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber

The hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, though it could be improved with more variety. However, we faced a major issue with loud noise coming from the water pumps, which caused significant disturbance and forced us to change our room. Unfortunately, in the new room, there was still another loud noise coming from the kitchen ducts. I strongly recommend that the hotel finds a solution to these issues as soon as possible, as they seriously affect the comfort of guests and could lead to losing future customers.
