Gennadi Seaside Resort

On a plus side, Resort is in quiet corner of Rhodes. It’s smaller, so no big mass of people. Nearby is a little village. Resort has a big potential, however the service is really poor. Food selection is poor. No snacks in bar, drinks poured from sirup bottles in glass full of ice. They do not offer even proper coke. If they run out of something (ketchup, coffee) for 2 days they just don’t have it. It feels like you have to constantly ask for something - clean the table, mop the wet floor, have a CLEAN cutlery… glasses and cutlery are dirty, not properly washed. Nearby beach is lovely and quiet, but no shades or seats available. Only about 50m further away and for the charge. Service in the restaurant was sometimes ok, but really slow. During breakfast, tables are not even cleaned, servers just collect the dishes. Rooms were quickly and cheaply done. Many things seem unfinished, for example toilet roll holder was upside down, rails around stairs are plastic, all wobbly- not even screwed in properly. Room cleanliness was quite good, rooms are cleaned twice a day. Pool was fine, although the surroundings were not cleaned every day. To sum it up, this resort was really disappointment from day 1. We had to visit local shop and restaurants, if we wanted to have some proper food, or buy drinks.

I don't know what to say. First restaurant: not enough food on the buffet, the food doesn't like tasty at all. If something is finished that it is finished, only empty pot. Waiter, well not even responded to Good morning! Restaurant is not clean!! Rooms are ok, location is perfect. This Hotel has big potential but the owners don't care, ypu can see it!

Once and never again! This hotel doesn't deserve two stars. We were told it was undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, the rooms were dirty, am so confused !! i saw a kids( they are around 15or 16 years old) they are waiters. I took them a photo. I will report it!! es war so ekelhaft!!
