Very grateful for the excellent service at Geno Hotel. The staff were kind and helpful during our recent check-in. Although I had made an error with my reservation, the team was patient and accommodating in resolving it. The room provided was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for working remotely and unwinding. A special shoutout to Relina for going the extra mile with her warm, kindness and helpful assistance!
Overall, it was a pleasant experience especially thanks to the front desk staff. The receptionists deserve special praise for their warm, professional, and efficient service. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly, and they really made a great first impression. The hotel is located a bit far from the city centre, and the nearby food options are quite limited. If you’re looking for more interesting places to eat, you’ll need to drive out a bit. The hotel’s Taste Cafe offers buffet. The food quietly okay not a wide selection
I recently stayed at Geno Hotel Shah Alam and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms, making it a comfortable choice for both business and leisure stays. The staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a good selection of local and international dishes. The location is convenient, and the hotel amenities such as the gym and swimming pool were well-maintained. However, one downside was the parking fee policy. Hotel guests are charged per entry, which feels unreasonable — especially for those who need to drive in and out multiple times a day. A flat rate or complimentary parking for in-house guests would definitely enhance the overall experience. Despite this, I still found the stay enjoyable and would consider returning, especially if the parking policy is revised. Thanks to Nazirah, Haifey, Fikri, Sophie… keep up the good work..!!!
