Genting Hotel Jurong

We love this hotel so much. Every time we come to Singapore, this is the hotel we stay. Exceptional hospitality and great location. All the staff are very friendly. Thank you Jeslyn (manager), Zun Zar, Asylah, Pop, Karen!!! Thanks for your service and lovely hospitality. Special thanks to Zun Zar, she’s always very friendly. The location is very good. Food at the restaurant is good and reasonable price. Love this hotel and looking forward to seeing everyone there again 😊

Lovely hotel! Stayed here for one night so it was great, station and shopping centre 3 min walk next to it, lovely outdoor pool! That’s pretty much it.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was decent. The room was comfortable, and the staff was polite. However, there was one aspect that really frustrated me during my stay. There were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room. Instead, I had to leave the room to refill an empty reusable bottle, which was not convenient at all. I understand the hotel may be trying to promote environmental sustainability, but it made me uncomfortable. I can't be sure of the hygiene practices of the previous guest who used the same bottle, and it felt a bit unhygienic to be relying on refilling an empty bottle instead of being provided with a fresh, sealed water bottle. It's a small thing, but it really impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel considers offering complimentary bottled water in the future to make guests feel more comfortable.
