Gentofte Hotel

We arrived here in a bad mood after a long journey but that quickly changed with our very accommodating receptionist (Asian guy with an earring). We had quite a few requests and he accommodated them all with a smile and I couldn’t ask anything more from this experience. When we checked out another receptionist wrote us a long note for a sister hotel to let us put our bags there after we had checked out but before going home since we were staying in Denmark but didn’t plan on going back to gentofte. The people in the review section that complained about the receptionists 100% did not meet the same people we did.

Zero customer service. Booked the wrong dates by mistake, told them four weeks before arriving in August, but they refuse to even part refund. Don't tell me they couldn't easily rebook this in the middle of August (they probably will anyway and make double the money). Useless.

Rooms: - There is smell coming from rooms toilet... - There is no ac or proper ventilation in room Service is horrible. :) I visited many many hotels and they have worst service. People who are in reception they are acting like you hurt them so badly or steal their some belongings 😀 Only one receptionist was very nice thanks god. Rest is big no. They gave us these 200 dkk cards to use and forgot to inform we should use one card per day. (Not sure really what is the difference for them) we had last day still 4 cards full (800dkk). We basically couldn't use them and of course receptionist was rude and 0 smile policy continuing. Isn't it a surprise? Let's come to the breakfast. 6 breakfast and 6 days same. World record. 🌎 Only plus they have free parking.
