George Bass Motor Inn

I stayed here overnight during a public holiday long weekend and I honestly would love to come back and stay here again. I didn’t take photos because I was that tired from driving. But my room was absolutely spotless. Cleanest and most perfect motel room I’ve ever stayed in. There was a double bed and single bed in my room, with a tv, aircon/heater, sparkling clean ensuite, extra pillows, extra blankets, really good toiletries, complimentary tea, coffee, water… everything was perfect. Bed firmness was to my liking. I booked via booking.com. My check in at 5.30pm and check out at 10am was seamless, the staff were welcoming and friendly. 10/10. Would love to stay again if I get the chance.

A Lifesaver in a Time of Need! My stay at the George Bass Motel was truly exceptional, especially thanks to the incredible kindness of Swati. After an all day, exhausting drive with my three young children (ages 5, 3, and 2), I was in a difficult situation. We needed a place to stay that was close to the hospital where my mum was, and Swati went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she ensure we had a comfortable and clean room, but her compassion and empathy were what made all the difference. She understood the stress of my situation and went out of her way to make sure my kids and I had a safe place to rest. Her dedication to customer care went well beyond her duty, and I can't thank her enough for her help. The room itself was perfect for our needs, and the location was ideal for our visits to the hospital as well as being in central to everything in Nowra. I highly recommend the George Bass Motel, and particularly commend Swati for her outstanding service. Her actions turned a very stressful day into a manageable one, and I am so grateful. I can't thank you enough Swati for your amazing help. You are a blessing.

The place to stay in Nowra! Perfect location. Easy access, quiet street and everything is within walking distance. I love these older style units when they've been refurbished as this has. Very clean and spacious with all modern facilities. A lovely welcoming receptionist greeted us. Mostly ground floor units which make it easy for people with mobility issues. A good carpark. Can't wait to come back!
