We stayed at The Georgian Court Hotel from April 23rd to April 25th, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Our trip to Vancouver started off rough due to some personal challenges, and my kids were upset and crying during the drive. However, the moment we checked in, Aijaz at the front desk completely changed the tone of our trip. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and his kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. Matthew and Sasha were also extremely helpful and courteous, taking time to explain the city to us and recommending places to visit. They truly gave us the best concierge experience we’ve had anywhere. One night, I had a last-minute work meeting and couldn’t take it from my room. The night auditor (of Indian background, unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly accommodating and set me up comfortably in the lobby at midnight so I could work peacefully. To top it all off, we were surprised with a suite upgrade during our stay something we weren't expecting but greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find hotel staff that make you feel truly cared for but the team here made it happen. Congratulations to the Georgian Court team for running such an amazing property. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver. Thank you for making our trip so special!

This hotel is perfectly located in one of the best areas — close to everything yet peaceful and charming. I truly fell in love with the neighborhood. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and I found the atmosphere throughout the hotel to be calm, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Everything was thoughtfully clean and well-organized. There was a lovely simplicity to it all that made my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall sense of care that was clearly put into the experience. Good price. Decent amenities. Amazing location. Questionable staff. Docking 2 stars despite the otherwise good experience because we were waiting at the parking garage entrance for nearly 5 minutes and the reception ignored us the entire time we were ringing to enter. When we drove out to check in we had to leave our car parked on the side of the road and I noticed he was also ignoring other cars that were ringing to enter as well. He would only let people in when he “available” and not speaking with a guest at the desk, but that’s not a reasonable way to handle the situation as it causes a line to build up at the garage. They should either install signage or the receptionist should be able to briefly let people into the garage without blatantly ignoring them. Not to mention the staff was very slow to check us in. In addition, the garbage in our room was connected to a drawer which had broken wheels so once we pulled it out, we couldn’t fit it back in. Very frustrating. Other than that, the location was amazing! Right next to BC place, food spots and the SkyTrain. Price was really good, and the garage felt very safe. I would come again despite the problematic experience with staff.
