Very friendly welcome with lots of information about all facilities. Very neat apartments and very spacious.
Always had a good experience with the romex apartments. Now again! Apartment is very neat and spacious! The couch has sagged a bit, but that's the only thing. Neat bathrooms, neat bedrooms, a great kitchen with everything on it. For the children it's very nice that there is Netflix on the TV. A very nice playground within 20 minutes walking distance! In the summer you can take the isskogelbahn to the top of the mountain (also within 20 minutes walking distance).
Beautiful apartment, but silverfish in every room We booked the penthouse apartment as a family for two weeks in September of this year. The apartment is beautiful and overall as described and shown in the photos. We were bothered by the silverfish in every room. Unfortunately, the on-site caretaker couldn't help us. The apartment had apparently been unoccupied for a long time during the summer. With two small children, this condition was unacceptable for us, so we looked for alternative accommodation. The rental company Belvilla didn't respond to our letters for several weeks. The owner of the apartment ultimately took personal responsibility and waived a small portion of the rent.
