Getfam Hotel

I had the chance of using their meeting hall service for meetings and pool side area for events and their restaurant. They have plenty options in their traditional and western food choices. I love their service; but can be improved even better.

I was given this hotel during a long layover in Addis with Ethiopian airlines. It's definitely fine-- clean *enough*, but it's seen better days. Everything is a bit worn down and old; in the room, lampshades were falling apart, and some wall paneling wasn't in the best shape. There are holes in the bathroom walls and ceilings leading to no where-- a sign that repairs were made without proper cleanup. The food was good, lots to choose from with a very attentive staff. If I had to stay here during a layover again, I wouldn't be upset, but I wouldn't pay for a room in this hotel.

Overnight stop when flights were delayed - hotel allocated by Ethiopian Airlines. Very basic food and rooms but found the staff friendly and accommodating. Used the Spa for a full body massage and the salon for my mani and pedi and was extremely satisfied Was cautioned not to leave the hotel as my safety alone in the streets outside could not be guaranteed, so to while away the time went to the Spa in the hotel and probably had one of my best full body massages ever
