Gets Premiere Semarang

Incredible value for money. We stayed for four days, our rooms were spacious and clean, well maintained too. Public facilities are in good shape, only the kids play area could be renovated soon. Food from the restaurant is tasty and breakfast is plenty. Last day we checked out very early and even got a little lunch package prepared for our journey. We did walk to Chinatown and Kota Lama, which was very convenient.

1. The building is loacated in a good location, easy to reach culinary destinations. 2. The staffs are not attentive, only one person is caring for me while i was staying there for 2 days. 3. The breakfast restaurant is understaffed, the tables are dirty, empty plates not quickly cleaned, fresh coffee station not well managed. 4. The room lighting is gloomy. 5. There is no water dispenser where i can get drinking water for me and my family. 6. The water heater jug is dirty. 7. The bathroom has poor lighting. 8. I ran out of toilet papers and they didn't refill it. I had to qent down to the reception to get toilet paper. 9. The security on parking area not helping while we park. 10. Breakfast menus are not good for a 4 star hotel. They don't have bacon and varieties of meats. 11. Overall the cleanliness of the house keeping also bad, they didn't vacuum the carpet on the floor. 12. The house keeping not cleaning the desk in the room. 13. Restaurant staffs looks very tired and nobody is smiling to the guests.

Came to stay here after watching reviews from tiktoks and instagram. I stayed in one of the high floor rooms. The room I stayed was clean with great view of the city. The pool and gym also nice, big pool and clean gym. The front desk staffs were also great and helpful. That's about all of it which were nice about the hotel. The breakfast buffet is bad, many variants of the food, but most of it is dry already. The rice was dry and hardened. The bread and cake were dry, but the bread was saved by the toaster. The restaurant staff work very slowly, and lots of empty plates are stacked up before being picked up from the table. The chicken for laksa noodles, porridge, and liwet rice was dry and hard. I don't know whether it's because of the full blast aircon or because most of the food was not covered. Empty dishes also took a long time before refilled. In conclusion, stayed for the view from high floor rooms. I don't know if it is just me who gets a bad experience from this, or it has always been like this. Rather than paying extra for breakfast at the hotel, I think it's better to go out and look for local breakfast.
