I had an amazing stay at this elegant hotel! The reception team was incredibly polite and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for—everything was well-organized, and nothing was missing. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the food was excellent with a lot of variety. Special thanks to the front desk staff for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a pleasant time on the North Coast.

Everything is perfect I stayed for 3 nights from 30/5 till 2/6/2025. Room 1343 Marvelous & comfortable stay. Everything is gorgeous (room& restaurant & aqua park&beach.) Special thanks for Mr. Sayed the front office manager and Mr.Amr Ragab who was very helpful and really gentle. Also special thanks for Mr. Moustafa the receptionist. Great thanks for miss Sara the guest relation who was very helpful and really respected. I strongly recommend it.

Honestly one of the worst hotel’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The first room we checked into was dirty, the mattress was sunken in and looked about 100 years old even though this is a new resort. The bathroom was black and smelt AWFUL. The next room they took us to was better but still dirty. Thankfully the housekeeper Mahmoud came and cleaned it for us and honestly he was the best person on the trip. Beyond that this place is a joke. The management is a joke. They’re barely fit to manage a coffee shop let alone a hotel. The staff is SO unprofessional, disrespectful and useless. The staff who work at the beach are actually the worst people I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting. They literally took our stuff off one of our sun loungers and threw them on the remaining chair and took our seat away. This happened while we were swimming in the water. With no apologies at all when confronted. Their attitude was absolutely garbage and they were making fun of us the entire time. My mother is unable to walk for long distances and needs to be able to sit down and they don’t care at all. Truly shocking behavior I haven’t ever seen on a public beach let alone a supposedly 4 star hotel. The food is mediocre at best and has given me diarrhea for the last 4 days. Hotel management have done nothing to remedy any of this. Honestly I’m not sure id recommend this place to someone I hated. If you want a nice holiday literally go anywhere else besides this disgusting hell hole.
