Amazing stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with great variety. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Appalling – Avoid at All Costs! My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had while travelling. Firstly, there were zero food options that catered to British tourists. Every mealtime felt like a struggle – the menu was extremely limited, and what was available was bland, unappealing, and clearly not intended for a wider range of guests. If you’re hoping for even the most basic British-friendly options, you’ll be going hungry. The pool was filthy throughout our stay. On multiple occasions we found cigarette butts floating in the water, and it was obvious that proper cleaning and maintenance were being completely ignored. It was unhygienic and made what should have been a relaxing area feel downright grim. To make matters worse, one of the key selling points of this hotel was that it had its own beach – but that was a complete lie. The beach was actually located at a completely different hotel, a long walk away. Totally misleading and incredibly frustrating. Overall, this hotel failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. Misleading advertising, poor facilities, and a total lack of care for guests’ comfort. Strongly advise avoiding it altogether – it’s a waste of money and will ruin your holiday.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I’m currently staying at Ghazala Garden Hotel and I’m honestly shocked by how bad my experience has been so far. From the moment I arrived, the service has been careless and unprofessional. Even though it’s my first day here, I still haven’t received my room. I’ve been left waiting with no proper update or apology — completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be a resort. On top of that, what I’ve seen of the hotel so far is outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are old and far from clean or comfortable. The food is another huge letdown — bland, tasteless, and definitely not worth the money. I booked this stay expecting to relax and enjoy my vacation, but instead it’s been stressful and disappointing from the start. Management seriously needs to train the staff properly, renovate the rooms, improve cleanliness, and fix the food quality. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking Ghazala Garden Hotel — I regret doing so myself.
