Great location very close to the mall and restaurants. Felt very safe. Very kind and helpful staff, but some didn't speak English well, yet we managed. Often taxis right in front. Good breakfast and restaurants inside. The shower was very nice with an interesting moat at the bottom. There are many elevators. The gym is small, but sufficient.

Dishonest Charges, Poor Customer Service I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel compels me to warn others. My daughters stayed in room 308. During their stay, they received a letter claiming that a towel and a sheet were “permanently stained” (with makeup and self-tanner). Without any attempt to properly clean the items, and without our consent, the hotel charged my credit card — even after I asked clearly whether we were being charged and was told no. That turned out to be a lie. When I asked about the policy, the response was simply: “This is hotel policy.” Let me be clear: I’ve stayed at luxury hotels all over the world. Not once have I ever been charged for stained linens. Most hotels know how to clean these types of items — especially white towels and sheets — using industrial products. The hotel made no effort to do so and jumped straight to charging us. Even more frustrating: no dark-colored facial towels were provided, which many high-end hotels offer specifically to avoid this type of issue. I asked — politely and reasonably — that if we were being charged for the linens, we should be given them. After all, if we’re paying for them, they should be ours. That request was ignored. The hotel’s behavior was dishonest, petty, and deeply disappointing. If you value fairness, integrity, and real hospitality, I strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

Least luxurious experience I have had in a while. My husband and I attended a wedding and booked a room here. When we arrived we were given a single room key which also served to select the floor in the elevator and operate the lights in the room. We spent unnecessary time coordinating elevator trips and passing the key. The room was small with almost no storage/closet space to unpack. I had a full length dress that could not be hung properly. There was a motion sensor light that flooded the room even during the night while my husband tried to sleep. We asked if it could be shut off and were informed it could not. We were in room 308 near the elevator and often heard clear conversations of people in the hallway at all hours. The stairway alarm would go off daily as someone used the stairs. I would not book here again.
