Review for GHL Capital – Stay on 7/21/2025 I checked into GHL Capital on the night of July 21, 2025, and unfortunately, the front desk experience was disappointing. I arrived around midnight, and the gentleman on duty initially treated the check-in process in an unprofessional manner. He made inappropriate jokes about room options, including the room with two beds, instead of focusing on providing efficient customer service. When I clarified that I simply wanted to pay for a room, his tone changed. While the situation improved slightly, it was frustrating to be treated like a joke when I expected courtesy and professionalism, especially at a hotel of this level. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident. However, I strongly recommend that GHL Capital provide proper customer service training to the staff member who was on duty that night. If I return in the future, I expect a much better experience. Thank you, Team With ERVING
Mattresses too hard We asked for a triple and we got a double with 2 double beds. Breakfast very poor in comparison to other times. Remote control did not work. Reported it several times and it was not fixed. No hot water. Rooms are very warm as there’s is no a/c. Used to be my favorite hotel. Not anymore.
I work in Bogota every other month. i usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn but my friend recommended this hotel to try. When my babies mother and i checked in everything was good. But by the second day i had security knock on my door at 830pm asking if i needed my room clean. But i feel they thought i was doing something shady. It made me very uncomfortable. I believe they thought that woman (my life partner) i was with was a "working woman". When in fact shes the mother of my daughter in Colombia. Shes venezuelan and i felt disrespected and sense of prejudice. i had an early flight at 4am and i was trying to nap. To have security ( not cleaning staff) bother me made me very upset. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Also the junior suite had a sewer smell. Ill never stay here again.
