Rooms are very spacious if a little old fashioned. They were clean and tidy and the guys at reception were very helpful. Would stay here again if I were in Bogota again.
The staff was super kind and welcoming. The check in and check out process were quick and smooth. The hotel is perfectly located by a lot of restaurants, a mall, and lots of options for night life. The hotel decoration is a bit dated, but regardless everything was clean and well-kept. The room size was great. Loved having a couch in the room to hang out instead of being only on the bed. Make sure you go down for breakfast on time. We showed up 5 minutes after breakfast was over - due to the only elevator in the building being busy and we missed breakfast the first day. The second day we had an early check-out time as our flight was super early. However, the staff offered us a breakfast box to take with us to the airport. It was something super simple, a ham and cheese sandwhich, fruit, and orange juice. Extremely thoughtful staff!
The location was a little bit noisy but right in the part of the city very active at night. Service was great, the room was a little bit old style but clean and big for the price you pay
