First overnight in Neiva... Staying at the hotel the night before the flight was the best decision. Good location amazing service. I just wish I had a few more days to enjoy it more
My wife and I went to the pool and when we returned to our room, we found a hotel employee in our room acting suspiciously. He claimed to be fixing the air conditioning, which was working perfectly well, and then left. We found that $100 had been taken from our room. When we complained, other hotel staff brought us the $100 claiming it was found at the swimming pool. This was impossible, as we didn’t take our wallets to the pool. The manager assured us that they were investigating but wouldn’t tell us if the employee had been sent to our room by management or had come without being instructed. We felt totally unsafe in the hotel after this incident.
